Scholarships

2+2 SCHOLARSHIP

Students from Latin American and Caribbean countries enrolled at FSU-Panama are eligible for our “2+2” scholarship program, which allows them to complete up to 2 years of undergraduate studies at our main campus in Tallahassee paying in-state tuition (an estimated annual savings of $15,000).

The following general criteria apply:

  • Be a citizen or permanent resident of a Latin American or Caribbean country.
  • Be officially admitted as a regular degree- seeking student by FSU.
  • Complete at least 60 credit hours of course work at FSU Panama.
  • Have a grade point average of at least 3.0 (on a scale of 4.0) on all FSU coursework.
  • Complete the “Liberal Studies Requirement” (consists of thirty-six credit hours in the areas of English Composition, History/Social Science, Humanities/Fine Arts, and Natural Sciences).
