Benjamin Murphy read Philosophy and Theology at the University of Oxford, receiving his BA in 1993. He remained at Oxford as a postgraduate, studying Philosophical Theology under the supervision of Richard Swinburne, and he completed his D.Phil. in 2000. Dr. Murphy now teaches Philosophy and Religious Studies at FSU-Panama. His research covers the role of logic in theological discourse, and the scientific understanding of religion.
